Larkview is led by two managing partners with complementary investment and operating experience. They are directly involved across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting through financing, construction, property operations, and investor communication.

Tyler Eliopoulos

Managing Partner

Tyler leads firmwide strategy, acquisitions, and capital formation. He brings more than 15 years of experience across real estate acquisitions, development, operations, design, and construction, with experience spanning manufactured housing, RV communities, multifamily, retail, and single-family development. He remains closely involved throughout each investment, from sourcing and due diligence through financing, operations, and long-term value creation.

Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of California, San Diego.

Alec Haley

Managing Partner

Alec leads acquisitions, underwriting, and capital markets. With over a decade of experience across capital markets, acquisitions, and asset management, he has transacted on more than $1.5B of commercial and residential real estate, including ~$150M of principal-side acquisitions and financings. Prior to founding Larkview, Alec held investment and acquisitions roles with established real estate firms, most recently The Swig Company, where he evaluated and executed investments across a range of property types and strategies.

Alec earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
